It’s something that we all know we need, however other priorities seem to get in the way. We are allowing our bodies to lose fitness, strength and mobility, which are key factors for longevity and healthy living. I decided to do something about it in 2015-2017 when I began to workout with couple of my grandchildren. When they lost interest, I continued for a while, but diminished my effort. Fast forward, I realized my aging (or “Seasoning” as The Age Coach calls it) catches up if you don’t stay fit. It is a necessary component of everyday living. A couple years ago, I reached out to Kevin to see if he would help keep me in shape. He did better than that. As he was coaching me on my fitness, he explained “why” we were doing things so that I understood the reasons behind the efforts. He emphasized the importance of routine exercise and the need to continue moving forward with daily practice. He is positive in his coaching and says '“regardless where you start, you WILL get in better shape with consistent effort and see and feel your progress.” He also recognizes your limitations and will ensure you do not have injuries if you follow his instruction. I cannot say enough about the adventure I am having with Kevin to keep me strong and fit so I can reach my goal of at least 100 years old.
