Bar Routine Secret

I wanted to start this year with sharing one "Secret" to maintaining my overall wellness and mobility. It was passed to me by my great friend and mentor Cecil Johns (R.I.P). I have used it on a consistent basis since 2001. Thats now 22 years of a simple movement practice that I feel will benefit EVERYONE who decides to learn it.

It's relatively simple once you get the basics down. In this initial video, I run through 5 reps of the 10 movements and over the course of the next 10 days, I will break down each movement to hopefully give you an initial understanding of how to apply it to your program.

I use it as a basic warm up with a 45 lb (20k) barbell. It can be scaled up or down (weight, reps, etc.), depending on your ability. Even a simple stick or pvc can be a great starting point.
